Rong Qian slept particularly well that night, perhaps due to the alcohol, and slept until morning.
As winter approached, Rong Qian greedily enjoyed the warmth of the bed, coupled with the soft and comfortable mattress, making her reluctant to get up.

Rong Qian suddenly opened her eyes wide and sat up from the bed with a swoosh. This seemed to be Shen Yi's bed?

"Why am I sleeping in your bed?"

And her couch was occupied by Chen Shiyi.

Rong Qian raised her eyebrows. She couldn't possibly have climbed onto his bed and kicked him out, could she?
"You didn't kick me out." Shen Yi answered, as if he could read her mind.
Rong Qian's eyes widened suddenly. Didn't kick him out? Then did they sleep together!!
"I slept on the floor and gave you the bed to sleep in." Shen Yi interrupted her thoughts in time.
Rong Qian breathed a sigh of relief. That's good, but she glanced around and didn't seem to see where he slept.
Turning back to look at the desk in the room, sure enough, there were several books spread out, and there was also a half-written notebook next to them. This kid didn't sleep at all last night.
Then, Rong Qian looked at the time and realized it was already eight o'clock.
Soon, Chen Shiyi and Lu Xuan woke up one after another. After eating the breakfast prepared by Shen Yi ungratefully, they all left contentedly.
After this incident with Chen Shiyi, the distance between them had obviously narrowed. Chen Shiyi and Lu Xuan often held hands and brought ingredients to cook.
Under the guise of wanting Chinese food, they borrowed his kitchen and had free meals.

They both had feelings for each other, and when Lu Xuan found her and released her, the barrier between them was broken.
Lu Xuan often joked that Rong Qian was their matchmaker.
Lin Feng and Jesse also came over often for meals, so Shen Yi's usually quiet home became lively, and a bunch of their stuff appeared out of nowhere.
This made Shen Yi, who had OCD and compulsive disorder, suffer. He just cleaned up the space, but it quickly became messy again.

During this holiday, everyone found part-time jobs. Shen Yi was no exception, but he went to act.
A director he knew gave him a role, which would be shot for seven or eight days. Rong Qian went to the set with him and witnessed the precious footage of the future movie star's early acting career.
And Rong Qian was amazed every day. My goodness! This actor actually acted with Shen Yi! And that famous director actually had such a good relationship with Shen Yi?!
After wrapping up this role, the director gave Shen Yi a few movie tickets, saying his movie was released, so they were invited to watch it.
So, on a weekend when everyone was free, they gathered together to go out.
There were only four movie tickets in total, two of which were given to Chen Shiyi and Lu Xuan. As for Lin Feng and Jesse, they could only go buy them themselves.
They went to an amusement park and played all morning. There was a free camera provided, and visitors could take their own photos, but the film was charged, and it wasn't cheap for one photo.
"Come on! Stand together and look at me, let's take a picture!"
Rong Qian took the initiative to take a picture for them with the camera, only to find that only Shen Yi didn't cooperate, with his hands in his pockets, leaving her with a handsome back view.

In the afternoon, a group of them went shopping. Rong Qian, this "time traveler," found everything fascinating. Through the market scene, she could discern the state of the country's economy at that time.
Rong Qian was quite interested in this.
There were arcade machines on the street, and after putting in some coins, Rong Qian played several rounds with Lin Feng and the others, while Lu Xuan went to browse the gift shop alone.
Chen Shiyi went to shop for women's clothing. Just as she tried on some clothes and came out, she saw Shen Yi. She approached and asked, "Shen Yi, did Sister Qian also come to look at clothes?"
Chen Shiyi's first reaction was that Rong Qian was here, because basically, where there was Rong Qian, there was Shen Yi.
Shen Yi shook his head and then silently looked at the women's clothes in the store.
At this point, Chen Shiyi guessed what he was thinking. She smiled and asked, "Are you thinking of buying clothes for Sister Qian?"
"Do you have any recommendations?" Shen Yi finally spoke up.

"I think this set suits her." Chen Shiyi took down the selected clothes. "This black British-style coat, paired with this white sweater, will surely look good."
As Chen Shiyi spoke, she also picked out a red scarf and a pair of Martin boots.
She smiled at Shen Yi and said, "You're buying these because Christmas is coming up, and you want to give Sister Qian a Christmas gift, right?"
"Yeah." Shen Yi replied faintly, then reminded her, "Don't tell her."
"Don't worry, I know you want to surprise her, I won't say anything." Chen Shiyi smiled reassuringly.
After shopping in the afternoon, they went to watch a movie at night. When they returned home after the movie, it was already nine o'clock in the evening. Rong Qian had played all day and was tired.
Shen Yi still had energy. When he came back, he tidied up the pile of things Rong Qian bought along the way with both hands.
Rong Qian saw him unpacking a gift box, taking out a photo frame, and then putting the group photo in it. She asked, "Is that from Lu Xuan? Did he give it to you?"
She knew Lu Xuan had gone shopping at the gift shop and came out carrying several bags. Lu Xuan also gave her something, a cute little doll.
"Yeah, a Christmas gift." Shen Yi put the photo in the frame and placed it on a shelf.
Upon hearing this, Rong Qian reached out to him, expectantly asking, "Where's my Christmas gift?"
"That doll is in your hands, isn't it?" Shen Yi looked over and found that the doll had been squashed by her... Hmm, poor thing.
Rong Qian corrected him, "I'm talking about the Christmas gift you gave me."
"Let's talk about it later." He blushed, picked up his things, and slipped away into the room.
Rong Qian smirked secretly. He's still such an innocent boy!
But happy times are always short-lived...
When Rong Qian received Shen Yi's Christmas gift, her smile froze instantly, and the corners of her mouth slowly straightened.
It seems that the day she returns is approaching.
Seeing that she didn't smile, Shen Yi thought she didn't like it. "If you don't like it, I can exchange it."
"I love it! These clothes are so beautiful! I really like them." Rong Qian smiled genuinely. To show that she really liked it, she held the clothes tightly.
Shen Yi finally breathed a sigh of relief. As long as she liked it, that's good.
The innocent Shen Yi still doesn't know that this set of clothes means something when given to her.
If Shen Yi knew that when Rong Qian put on these clothes, it would be the day she left, even if he burned the clothes, he wouldn't give them to her.
Because he simply refused to let her go…
